E.I.T. Student Residential Village

The EIT student village has ten houses. If you are an EIT student you can stay there, but if you have finished studying, you must leave. Each house has five rooms and two toilets, two shower rooms, and one living room. The living room has a TV, one big table, some chairs. In the kitchen there is a fridge and a lot of cooking implements. You need to cook for yourself. Each bedroom has a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and some chairs. There is also a washing machine and a dryer in each house. The washing machine can be used for free but you must pay for the dryer. The cost of all rooms each week is $110. There is a house inspection every week to check how people in the house use bathrooms, kitchen, and the living room, so it is important to try to keep the whole living area tidy for the inspection, but also so that all the flatmates can live well together and feel good.
